“When Joe (owner) came out to give me the estimate for fence he was even a little early. I was upfront with him about the number of estimates I had already received. He answered all my questions, gave me advice on how to compare estimates based on apples-to-apples, and options for different kind of posts. Before he left I said it was between him and one other contractor. His bid was $400 higher and I asked him to split the difference and knock his down $200 and he did. Him and his brother could get started right away, were ALWAYS on time and called if there were going to be any delays. All the bids say the fence contractor is not responsible for any sprinkler damage....well they broke the main line going into the back yard and fixed it, no questions asked. However, when we turned the sprinklers back on nothing worked. Joe owns multiple companies and is very knowledgeable on many things. He troubleshooted that and found out my stop-n-waste was leaking (I had no idea). So they dug that up and fixed that and again gave me an awesome deal. He also noticed I was getting ready to sand and stain my deck. He offered to do that as well with his bid being very significantly lower than the other bids on my deck. I have worked with many contractors over my life and without question Joe was hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with on any project. I highly recommend Best Fence & Gate for all your fencing needs...AND if you have other projects you should ask Joe about those as well.”
