Do you offer volume pricing for builders?
Yes. We set pricing per plan, per lot or per linear foot for builders and developers, agreed up front so every lot in a phase is priced the same.
Can you match our HOA and CC&R fence requirements?
Yes. Send us your CC&Rs or fence spec and we'll build every lot to it, including height, color, style, setbacks and gate locations.
When in the build do you install fencing?
Usually after final grade and landscaping and before closing. We work around your superintendents' schedule and can fence lots as they're released.
Do you work with small and custom home builders?
Yes. We work with builders of every size, from a single custom home to a full subdivision, and we also install luxury fences, automatic gates and custom metal for custom homes.
Can buyers add fencing or upgrades through us?
Yes. We can price fence and deck upgrade packages for your design studio, or work directly with buyers after closing so they get a fence that matches the community.
